J. Henry Bourbon Dinner – Palomino Bar

Join us at Palomino with our special guests from J. Henry and Sons and a special dinner menu from the Executive Chefs & Partners of PIE Inc – Erick Disbrow and Derek Petersen.
Joe Henry will sample and discuss the award winning (and some hard to find!) bourbons that J. Henry is making right here in Wisconsin.
The evening’s menu includes:
Welcome cocktail: Wisconsin Old Fashioned with J Henry 5yr Bourbon
Appetizer: Charcuterie Board w/ cheeses, cured meats, crostinis, jam and smoked nuts.
Main Course: Smoked Brisket w/ a bourbon glaze on a bed of polenta with a micro green garnish, paired w/ a J Henry Patton Road Bourbon Manhattan.
Dessert: Bourbon soaked fig bread pudding w/ a caramel bourbon creme brulee.
Samplings and discussions will include J Henry Small Batch, J Henry Patton Road, J Henry Bellafontaine, J Henry Anniversary bourbons.
